2. Customer Declarations
The client confirms that it has the necessary rights and consents of the persons filmed, the materials do not infringe the rights of others, the data is accurate and the advertising claims can be proven. Fraudulent or illegal use materials will not be accepted.
3. Delivery and Security
Agreed secure links or file channel are used. The configurator does not upload files and should not contain passwords or API keys. Acceptable formats and sizes are specified for the project.
4. Use, storage and deletion
The materials are used only for the project and the agreed communication. Specific deadlines for working and final files should be confirmed in the retention schedule. Deletion may be limited by legal obligation, the need for legal protection, or an active dispute.
