A submitted form is a request for review. After receiving a reference, the team clarifies the brief and sends a written offer with scope, final price, timing, revisions, licence and conditions. A contract arises through explicit written acceptance according to that offer. Clicking an order-request button creates no payment obligation and does not automatically activate a service or Creator Elite.
Prices and taxes
Starting prices and quote-only prices are indicative. Currency: EUR. The final total, applicable taxes, fees, payment deadline and payment details are provided before acceptance. No hidden charges apply. The invoice states the tax treatment according to the company’s current status.
Payment and performance
Current flow: written offer → acceptance → invoice → bank payment. Online ePay/EasyPay/card payments are inactive. Work starts after confirmed payment and receipt of required materials unless explicitly agreed otherwise. A payment-page redirect never proves payment.
Materials, rights and delivery
Clients must hold the necessary rights and consent for supplied images, voices, videos, text and trademarks. Licence, territories, channels, term and paid advertising are agreed in writing. Digital files are delivered by email or a secure link in the agreed format. No physical goods are sold or shipped through this site.
Consumer rights and disputes
