General conditions

1. Operator and definitions

Site is SaminKasabova.com; Customer is a person who sends an inquiry; User is a natural person with applicable user rights; Business customer acts professionally. "Service", "digital product", "custom content", "offer", "order", "brief", "revision", "license" and "customer material" have their usual meanings according to the specific written offer. Samin Kasabova ("Samin") is a virtual AI character, not a physical person.

2. Role of the site

The site is an information catalog with a configurator, indicative prices, inquiries, personal offers and requests for services or digital products. Submitting a configuration or pressing "Place Order" is not an automatic acceptance, payment or start of a project. The price and term are confirmed in writing.

3. Offer and contract

1. The customer sends an inquiry or request.
2. The brief is reviewed and, if necessary, specified.
3. A personal offer is being sent.
4. The customer accepts it in the written manner specified in it.
5. An invoice is issued and paid by bank transfer.
6. The project starts after confirmed payment, unless the offer explicitly states otherwise.

4. Prices, Taxes and Billing

Public values are indicative. Final price depends on scope, formats, languages, term, revisions, license and paid advertising. Currency, tax status, applicable VAT, payment term and bank details are indicated in the offer and invoice after confirming the actual details. International bank charges are as per the written offer. Failure to receive payment does not activate the project.

5. Timing, revisions and delivery

The term becomes binding only after confirmation and receipt of the necessary materials. Delayed materials, feedback, new scope, force majeure or additional revisions may change it. A revision is a summary round of corrections to an approved concept; a new concept may be a separate service. There is no tacit acceptance. Delivery may be by email, secure link or agreed external file channel; client portal is not active.

6. Obligations and Prohibited Content

Customer provides accurate data and materials in a timely manner, ensures necessary rights and consents, and verifies names, telephones, URLs, product data and advertising claims. Fraud, impersonation, defamation, illegal products, unprovable health or financial claims, rights violations, violence, illegal discrimination, misuse of Samin's image or voice, and political or sensitive advertising are not accepted without separate review.

7. Liability, Termination and Disputes

No sales, views, revenue, advertising results, platform approval or continuity of external services are guaranteed. Liability is assessed according to the contract and the applicable law, without limitation of inalienable consumer rights. Cancellation before commencement, termination after commencement, unpaid amounts, undelivered materials and work already performed shall be governed by the offer and the opt-out policy. Disputes are first discussed voluntarily; applicable law, competent authority and complaint contact are finalized after confirmation of the operator.
