2. Cancellation and Work Done
Prior to commencement, the application may be withdrawn, except for explicitly approved non-reimbursable external costs. After the start, the actual work performed, the agreed deposit/advance, purchased licenses and external costs are evaluated. Upon full performance, the contract and inalienable statutory rights apply. Future subscriptions will receive separate terms prior to activation.
3. Early performance and digital content
Where required by law, requesting service to begin prior to the expiration of an applicable opt-out period is a separate, non-opt-out consent. For digital content, the understanding that commencement of delivery may affect the right of withdrawal is separately acknowledged. The effect is determined by the applicable law and the specific order.
4. Request for cancellation or refund
