1. Site and Brand
The design, texts, logo, brand, Samin Kasabova identity, images, videos, scripts, prompts and templates are protected according to the applicable rights of the respective carriers. Public access grants no right to copy or commercial use.
2. Design materials
Final files, source and work files, unused concepts and third-party elements may have a different mode. The customer only receives the rights expressly described in the accepted offer or license after fulfilling the agreed terms.
3. License and Transfer
Scope defines format, channel, territory, term, organic or paid use, exclusivity and editorial right. No assignment of copyright is implied and must be expressly in writing.
4. Portfolio
Displaying a project in a portfolio is done on a contractual basis or separate permission. Confidential projects may be excluded. Consent in the form is separate and optional.
