1. Types of products and rights
Ready-made product, customized product and custom work are different. By default, acquiring a file does not transfer copyright. A non-exclusive or exclusive license and any transfer of rights is valid only when expressly described in writing.
2. Scope of License
The offer specifies personal or business use, organic publishing or paid advertising, number of profiles, territory, term, allowed editing and right to use the image/voice. Unspecified use is not automatically considered permitted.
3. Limitations
No resale, sublicense, sharing of source files, use as a template for third parties, removal of labels, training of AI models or creation of a misleading derivative is permitted without express permission. Illegal, defamatory or fraudulent use is not permitted.
4. Breach and Termination
A material violation may result in termination of the license following the applicable procedure and a requirement that use cease. The inalienable rights and the proportionality of the measures are preserved.
