Consumer withdrawal
For a distance consumer service contract, the withdrawal period is generally 14 days from conclusion. Send an unambiguous written statement before expiry. You may use: “I withdraw from the contract for [service], concluded on [date], reference [reference]. Name, address/contact and date.” No special form or reason is required.
Early performance
Early service performance requires the consumer’s separate express request. Following withdrawal, a proportionate charge for work actually provided may apply only when the legal conditions are met. Withdrawal is lost for fully performed services only with the required prior consent and acknowledgement. Digital content supplied without a physical medium requires express prior consent, acknowledgement of loss of withdrawal and the required durable-medium confirmation for the exception to apply. A customised AI/video product does not automatically remove withdrawal rights.
Business clients
B2B cancellation after acceptance follows the written contract, actual work and expressly approved external costs. No subscription starts automatically. Creator Elite requires a separate agreement and human approval.
