Fee and term
The advertised one-time fee is €9,399. It is not an automatic subscription. The programme envisages at least three years of representation; commencement, performance, termination and the final amount payable are specified in the agreement.
Ownership and access
The agreement identifies the domain registrant, ownership of the personal website and commissioned materials, access to systems and handover on termination. Rights to Samin, agency tools and third-party assets do not transfer automatically.
Commissions and referrals
Programme campaigns use the agreed 67% Creator / 33% MAZZEO model. The separate referral scheme applies only to an active, approved Creator Elite partner, a direct referral, manual approval and an actually collected fee. The proposed commission is 33% of eligible net collected funds, under written tax, refund and payout rules. Registration alone earns no commission; there is no multi-level scheme.
Termination and refunds
The agreement specifies non-performance, a remedy period, termination, asset handover and refunds. Mandatory consumer rights are preserved. Public cancellation and refund policies apply where relevant.
No earnings guarantee
There is no guaranteed number of clients, campaigns, followers or income. Cards, dashboards and future AI features are supplied only when actually activated and included in the agreement.
